Friendly staff. The Hotel was right in the middle of a market street with shops and market stalls selling everything. The hotel was situated over the Leopold Cafe and patissary shop, selling cakes meals and beer. If you turnto the right leaving the hotel, you will come to the well known Cafe Mondegar at the end of the street. A very popular place to eat with an iconic jukebox and very lively atmosphere. Very nice food and drinks. ATMs are on next block down. There is no resteraunt at the Causeway or English tea or coffe making facilities. Turning left from the hotel there is a general store on the same side, about 3 blocks down, selling milk and cereals etc nexy to a bus stop.. Not easy to spot though. The lobby and the room were spic and span. Though they dont have a restaurant, you have choice of any sort of food with in less than 5 mts walk from here. Basics will be procured from outside and delivered. A/c and Wi-Fi were good. Security is guaranteed, as the lift man and the floor attendant are alert at all times 24/7.

A very convenient place near to all the shopping locations in colaba, easy to get cabs as it's in the main road itself, as soon as you get down the hotel you are in the market, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, they kept our luggage safe after checkout until our flight time, the rooms are compact and clean, enough for a brief stay in colaba, gateway of India is right behind and so is the Taj hotel

Room was ok, with just 1 power point for mobile/ Laptop for 3 person staying. 3rd bed was a make shift bed and had two mattress attached so the third person was not comfortable sleeping, Rest the Staff was very good and helpful. Location is great and the hotel and room were clean.

A great hotel in an absolutely perfect location, its less than a 5 minute walk to the Gateway of India & the Taj Mahal Palace. And walking distance to many of the other attractions around the Colaba area. Its right on the busy Colaba Causeway, so there are many shops, restaurants & cafs right on your doorstep. An extra thank you to Mohamed who was in charge of the elevator, who always greeted us so friendly everytime we left & came back to the hotel!

The hotel wants to be like a star hotel, but it doesn't really work. The balkony and the kitchen were not available because they were under construction. Would be great if they had mention it on the booking site. The staff were friendly, especially the elevator boys.
